All sales are final. Citrus Sew & Vac is an authorized dealer for all the products sold on the website. Your warranty information will be included with your purchased item. Items that are damaged upon receipt can be replaced. We fully insure all items in the event this should happen.Â
PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE ITEM BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA), SO BE SURE TO CONTACT US FIRST.
If you receive an damaged item, please notify us immediately of the problem at info@citrussewandvac.com Please include what is wrong with the item, your name and full address, model number and receipt number. Citrus Sew & Vac will honor your warranty and we will contact you to arrange for a repair, replacement or item exchange. Citrus Sew & Vac is responsible for all shipping/return costs incurred when a product is defective.Â

We will gladly repair your item under warranty. Shipping is NOT covered under warranty. We will pay the shipping within the first 30 days of you owning the product from original date of purchase in the event you have a defective item. If the problem is operator error or misuse; shipping will be charged.
- Repair items sent back to the store must be insured and properly packaged in order to reduce the potential for shipping damage. Citrus Sew & Vac is not responsible for damage to items coming into the store, only for those items we ship to our customers.
